Mr. L.D. Mittal is the founder & Chairman of Sonalika Group, a prominent player in the global agriculture sector. A visionary and a renowned expert fondly known as ‘The Tractor Titan’ is a man of many hues. Mr. Mittal incorporated Sonalika Group in 1969 for manufacturing farm implements. With a belief to serve the farming community of India with technologically superior products, he has grown this company into a multinational corporation, which stands strong as 3rd largest tractor player in India.

A gold medalist from Punjab University, with dual postgraduate degrees in English and Urdu, Mr. Mittal's passion and dedication to serve the farming community has been the driving force in the success of the company. In order to provide the complete agriculture solution, Mr. Mittal ventured into tractor manufacturing in 1996 and established Sonalika tractors.

Following this customer oriented approach and with the trust of over 1.7 Million satisfied customers across the world, he has headed the ITL brand to stand as the No.1 Indian tractor exporter and this act as an enabler for setting up the World's No.1 largest Integrated Tractor Manufacturing Plant in Hoshiarpur, Punjab with an annual production capacity of 300,000 tractors resulting this, today, ITL become the 3rd largest manufacturer and supplier of Tractor & Agri machinery in India and top 5th across the globe.
